The transformation of a traditional dining restaurant into a café has been carried out in a prime corner location, drawing people in with its fabric awnings and proximity to a park.
While the back of house facilities have been largely preserved, the main dining area has undergone a complete overhaul. New timber flooring has been laid down, and sections of the walls have been stripped to reveal the original brickwork, adding character and texture.
A new service counter, equipped with a coffee machine and a food display cabinet, now serves as the focal point of the room. Vintage lampshades, unearthed in the back rooms, have been repurposed as feature lighting, contributing to the café’s eclectic charm.
To further enhance the uniqueness of the space, the café owners have handpicked an assortment of chairs and tables, each bringing its own story and aesthetic to the café's inviting atmosphere.
