A high focus on sustainable design and energy efficiency was paramount for Pro Clima Australia’s new head offices. Our clients wanted to maximise a high degree of workplace flexibility to accommodate a range of work styles. Maximising natural light and create a cohesive work environment in response to the natural environment.

Space planning allowed for flexibility of workspaces within the interior fit-out, providing open plan and enclosed office spaces, meeting and seminar rooms. The wrap around balcony presents a private outdoor area. Custom made steel windows and doors optimise natural light and cross-ventilation to the office space. A neutral finishes palette was carefully considered to offer a striking new design for the interior fit-out.

Pro Clima’s own high performance sealing system for thermal insulation has been used in the construction of the internal walls. All walls are rendered with a moisture absorbing and durable clay render. Using several warm tones to create a calm and grounding aesthetic against the beautiful hardwood timber floorboards.
